FSA Catering Services

The FSA Dining Center offers full catering services for Club meetings and other get-togethers on campus. You can choose from breakfast, snacks, sandwiches, salads or beverages. All caterings include table coverings for food tables and paper products. Linen can be ordered for any function, but will need 10 day lead time. There will be an additional cost of $2.00 per clothe, and $.50 per napkin.

All catering orders should be placed with the Dining Center no less than two weeks in advance to ensure proper ordering time. However, last minute caterings are welcome, but may be limited to what is currently in inventory.

Billings will be sent out the Monday following the week of the event, and is requested to be paid in fifteen days. Checks can be made out to FSA Foodservice, and sent to the FSA Dining Center.

Catering events will be billed upon the count provided five days prior to the actual event with the exception of increased numbers. We cannot be responsible for numbers lower than the guaranteed minimum.

When your meeting is over, please feel free to take any left over food items, but kindly leave all serving utensils, trays, pitchers, etc. Sorry, but we cannot give credits on unused products, including bottled products.
