ACT endorses the Code of Fair Testing Practices in Education,
a statement of the obligations to test takers of those who
develop, administer, or use educational tests and data. The
Code sets forth criteria for fairness in four areas: developing
and selecting appropriate tests, interpreting test scores,
striving for fairness, and informing test takers. ACT is committed
to ensuring that each of its testing programs upholds the
Code's standards as they apply to test developers.
