Official Transcripts

In order to release your official transcript, we need to have written authorization from you.

You may use our transcript request form or send a letter to:

Herkimer County Community College
100 Reservoir Road
Herkimer, NY 13350

In the letter specify the complete address where the transcript is to be mailed, your social security number, your full name and current address, the name which your records are under, if different, and then sign it.

Enclose the appropriate fee. Official transcripts are $5.00 each.

You may also compose your request and FAX it to the Registrar's Office at 315-866-1657. For an official transcript requested by fax , you need to also include a Mastercard, Discover or Visa card number, the expiration date, the three digit numbers on the back of your card and under whose name the card is registered, so that the fee can be applied.

Unofficial Transcripts

For an unofficial transcript you may use Student Online Services and print yourself a copy of the unofficial transcript from the computer.
