22nd-Annual-Generals-Open

The 22nd annual Generals Open Golf Tournament, sponsored by the Herkimer County College Foundation, was held Monday, June 16 at the Stonebridge Golf and Country Club in New Hartford. Twenty-two teams with 88 golfers participated in the tournament raising funds to support student scholarships at Herkimer College.

First place was awarded to the team from Pepsi and second place went to D'Arcangelo & Co. Both teams shot 63, so the score on the number one handicap hole, which at Stonebridge is hole number six, determined first place.

Major tournament sponsors were Pepsi, Adirondack Bank, American Food & Vending, Beebe Construction Services, D’Arcangelo & Co. LLP, Human Technologies Corp., Haylor, Freyer & Coon Insurance, First Source FCU, Roemer, Wallens, Gold & Mineaux.
