Herkimer College Appoints Campus Safety Officer

Herkimer College announces the appointment of William F. Vivlamore Jr. to the position of Campus Safety Officer. Vivlamore will perform security and law enforcement-related functions, involving responsibility for maintaining order, for the security of college property and for the safety of students, visitors and staff.

Vivlamore was most recently employed at APAC Customer Service, Utica, NY, as a trainer, where he implemented training material. He has also worked as a department supervisor at Best Buy where he managed employees. He has also taken and passed the Herkimer County Police Officer exam, the Herkimer County Campus Safety exam and the Herkimer County Police physical agility exam.

Vivlamore graduated from Herkimer College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice.
