  • Full Tuition Scholarship
    The Herkimer County College Foundation is accepting applicants for a Full-Tuition Scholarship, for the first year of study at Herkimer College, being made possible through the Thomas J. and Joann L. Casale Family Scholarship Fund at Herkimer College. It is available to a 2015 graduating senior from Herkimer High School who must be planning to enroll at Herkimer College full-time in the fall 2015 semester.
  • Notice of Video Conferencing Location for Board of Trustees Meeting
    The Herkimer County Community College Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Monday, June 22 at 6:00 p.m. in the Robert McLaughlin College Center, room 282/283. The public may also attend the meeting via video conferencing at the following location:  Colorado Springs Marriott, 5580 Tech Center Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. 
  • Herkimer College to Offer Instant Admit Days
    Herkimer College will offer 10 Instant Admit days this summer for students interested in enrolling for the fall 2015 semester. Students interested in enrolling will be able to visit, apply and get admitted to the College on the same day. Instant Admit days will be held on Mondays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.:
  • Herkimer College Awards Academic Honors for Spring 2015
    Herkimer College awarded academic honors to 480 students for the spring 2015 semester. Of those students awarded honors, 184 were named to the President's List for earning a grade point average of 3.80 or higher, and 296 were named to the Dean's List for earning a grade point average between 3.25 and 3.79.
  • Herkimer Elementary Students Visit Herkimer College
    Approximately 95 sixth grade students and their teachers from Herkimer Elementary School recently attended a field day at Herkimer College. The students learned about academic programs and the career fields they lead to, received guided tours of the campus and the Nature Trail, and enjoyed recreational activities and games at Wehrum Stadium. They also had an opportunity to meet Herkimer College’s new president, Cathleen McColgin, on her third day on campus. Pictured with President McColgin are several of the students from the group.   • HCTV News Wins Top Honors in AP Awards
    Students enrolled in the Communication Arts: Radio-Television Broadcasting program at Herkimer College can now add awards for “Best Regularly Scheduled Newscast” and “Best News Story” to their accomplishments. “HCTV News” won the top prize in both categories at the New York State Broadcasters Association Associated Press awards dinner on Saturday, June 6 in Saratoga Springs.
