Herkimer College’s campus plan for New York State’s Start-Up NY economic development incentive program includes over 250 acres in three business parks with full road, power, water, and telecommunications infrastructure in place. Our renovated mill building is ideal for a manufacturing operation or an office, and we also have an additional 200+ acres of property directly adjacent to our campus.
From tax incentives to additional college resources to get you up and running, the program is an ideal opportunity for any business, but we are particularly interested in cyber security, crime and intelligence analysis, computer information systems, manufacturing, agribusiness, media arts, and communications.
