Herkimer College Welcomes Students for the Fall 2025 Semester
Herkimer College has begun the Fall 2025 semester with strong enrollment growth and an energized campus community. Students moved into College housing on Saturday, August 30, with classes officially beginning on Tuesday, September 2.

Full Tuition ScholarshipThe Herkimer County College Foundation is accepting essays, from Herkimer High School seniors, for a full-tuition scholarship in the amount of $4,670, for the first year of study at Herkimer College, being made possible through the Thomas J. and Joann L. Casale Family Scholarship Fund at Herkimer College. It is available to a 2019 graduating senior from Herkimer High School who must be planning to enroll at Herkimer College full-time in the fall 2019 semester.

Physical Therapist Assistant Students Offering Hands-Only CPR TrainingIn recognition of National Heart Month, Herkimer College students enrolled in the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program are offering Hands-Only CPR training for campus and community members. The students recently had the opportunity to participate in a Hands-Only CPR training session provided by The American Heart Association and NYCM Insurance. The CPR mannequins used in the training will continue to be available on campus through the remainder of the month, allowing students to train others.
