This program prepares you for entry-level human resource management positions in such areas as employee benefits, recruiting, job analysis, compensation, employee welfare coordination and training.
Graduates find employment in both public and private institutions. You may also choose to continue your education at four-year programs such as SUC at Oswego, SUNY Institute of Technology and many others.
As a graduate, you'll be prepared to:
- Write and perform job evaluations
- Complete job analysis
- Write job descriptions
- Understand employee compensation and benefits issues
- Understand labor laws and health and safety issues
