Set up your individual appointment today. What better way to see what it would be like to be a Herkimer College student! You will have the opportunity to take a tour around our beautiful campus, meet with your Admissions Counselor, and even connect with a current Herkimer College student during the tour. Did we mention that you will have your own reserved parking space for the day; your name will be listed on one of our Admissions parking signs so you won’t even have to worry about finding a parking space. We also have a special gift bag waiting for you, which includes among other items, your very own Herkimer College t-shirt.
We schedule appointments Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. You'll be able to meet with your Admissions Counselor and learn about our programs, financial aid, student services, athletics, and more. Campus tours are provided according to the following schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10:00 AM
Summer schedule (May 15 through September 3): 11:00 AM Monday through Friday
Winter schedule (December 17 through January 24): 11:00 AM Monday through Friday
* housing tours are available after the campus tour with 24 hour advance notice
Walk-ins welcomed, however, appointments are preferred so we can best coordinate your visit for the total Herkimer College experience. Reserve your seat here or contact the Admissions Office at 315-574-4028 to set up your visit.

Information Sessions are a great way to learn about Herkimer College in a small group setting. The Admissions Office will provide a presentation at 10 AM with a campus tour to follow. Please check back for the next available date.
Instant Admit Days
Instant Admit Days will be held every Friday throughout the summer starting in May. Prospective students are provided the opportunity to visit, apply and receive their admissions decision on the same day.
Admissions and financial aid counselors will be available to assist prospective students and their parents. Participants should bring an official high school transcript or official GED/TASC scores. Transfer students should also bring official transcripts from their previous colleges.
Express Enrollment Days
Express Enrollment Days allow prospective students the opportunity to learn more about Herkimer College; take a tour of campus; apply and be reviewed (official transcript needed); and potentially register for classes all on the same day! Dates will be announced in the near future.
Registration Days provide new accepted students and parents/guardians with the opportunity to visit campus and complete all the necessary steps needed to become a Herkimer College student. The day will be fun and informative and includes completing your course registration for your first semester classes. Representatives from Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Residence Life & Housing, Health Records, Academic Support Services, Athletics, and the Center for Student Leadership & Involvement will all be available. Come as an accepted student; leave as an official Herkimer College student!

Herkimer College in NYC Wednesday, March 27, 2019 Reserve your seat
Join us at the SUNY Welcome Center in NYC where you’ll learn about everything Herkimer – academic programs, championship athletics, student activities, residence life, and more! Representatives from Admissions and Financial Aid will be available to answer any questions.
An Information Session will take place from 6:00 - 6:45 PM and the Instant Admit session will follow. Please remember to bring your official high school transcript in a sealed envelope if you would like to receive your decision during the event. You may submit our free application anytime.
Accepted Student Bus Trip (departs from NYC) Friday, April 12, 2019 Reserve your seat
Already accepted to Herkimer College? Join us for an all-expense paid trip to visit campus where you’ll learn about our programs and services, meet our faculty and staff, grab a bite to eat in the dining center, and take a tour of campus.
The bus will leave promptly at 7:00 am from the SUNY Welcome Center (33 West 42nd Street, New York, NY 10036) and return around 9:00 pm. Students must be accepted to the College, and submit the permission slip provided with confirmation. Space is limited and RSVP's are required.
