Herkimer County Community College is using the web and mobile application #CampusClear for daily COVID-19 screening.
The easy-to-use app asks users about their current health and recent travel. Users are required to show their cleared “Good to Go” page at the designated health checkpoints each day when arriving on campus. Temperatures will also be taken at that time, and color-coded bracelets will be issued to individuals who are cleared to be on campus.
Completion of the daily #CampusClear questionnaire is require by all students, employees, and visitors as they arrive on campus. The app can be downloaded through the respective app store or online for people who do not have a smart phone. For those using the web version, users should screen shot the final “Good to Go” picture and bring it to the health checkpoint or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org before arriving on campus.
