Health and Fitness Classes Offered at Herkimer College

Herkimer College is offering the following non-credit health and fitness classes.

Burn & Firm is an easy to follow kickboxing and step aerobics interval workout. Section A is six sessions on Monday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning June 2. The fee is $36.
Total Body Sculpt is a basic strength training class focusing on the core, upper and lower bodies. Section A is five sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning June 4. The fee is $30.

Yoga for All Section C is six sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning June 3. The fee is $54. Section A is five sessions on Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning June 5. The fee is $45. Gentle Yoga Section A is five sessions on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 6pm beginning June 5. The fee is $45.

Pilates Section A is six sessions on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning May 27. Section B is six sessions on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning May 29. The fee is $39 per section. Mother/Child Pilates is designed for moms and their new born babies. Section A is six sessions on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 pm beginning May 27. The fee is $39.

Adult Swim will help participants fine-tune their swim technique by focusing on the four competitive strokes. The class is eight sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting June 3 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Pre-registration is required by May 29. The fee is $69. Great care will be taken to help meet the individual goals of participants in the course. Participants must be able to swim at least one length of the pool unassisted.
