Zombie Run to Take Place Saturday at Herkimer College

The Herkimer College cross country team is hosting a 1.5 mile Zombie Run on Saturday October 4. Runners will wear flags attached to their waists and will try to finish without the zombies grabbing their flags. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place male and female finishers in the 10 -18 and 19 and up age groups. The cost is $5 per runner. Registration begins at 11:15 a.m. at Wehrum Stadium. The race will start at noon. Participants must be 10 years of age or older. All proceeds will benefit the Herkimer College cross country program.

The Zombie Run is one of several activities planned for Saturday as part of the College’s Fall Fest & Alumni Weekend.
