Adult Swim Lessons Offered at Herkimer College

Herkimer College will offer an upcoming non-credit swim instruction course.

Adult Swim will help participants fine-tune their swim technique by focusing on the four competitive strokes. The class will be taught by the Herkimer College Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Coach. The class will meet for eight sessions on Monday evenings starting March 31 from 7 to 8 pm. Pre-registration is required by March 27. The fee is $69. Participants must be able to swim at least one length of the pool unassisted.
