What information do I need to submit to be accepted?
In addition to the admissions application, you will need to submit an official high school transcript, or copy of the GED certificate. If you have college credit you would like to transfer to HCCC, you must request an official transcript be sent from each college you have attended. Please note: We do NOT participate in SUNY Counselor Connect at this time. An official copy of your transcript will need to be mailed directly to us.

College transcripts may be sent to the same address but to the attention of the Registrar.
