Men's Soccer finishes spring with Hartwick and Binghamton FC

HERKIMER, NY - The Generals will take on NCAA Division I Hartwick College and Binghamton FC of the National Premier Soccer League on Saturday, April 25th at Wehrum Stadium.

The Hawks won the Sun Belt Conference tournament beating Georgia Southern 1-0 in the championship game. From it, they received an automatic berth to the NCAA national tournament where they lost to Penn State 2-1 in the first round. Hartwick's Assistant Coach Beau Brinsko was a two-year starter for Head Men’s Soccer Coach Pepe Aragon at Herkimer College in 2001 and 2002.

Binghamton FC finished the 2014 season with an 11-2-2 record winning, the Keystone Conference Championship, appearing in the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup.

Kick-off for Saturday's game is 12:00 p.m. and admission is free.
