Bowlers turn in strong performances at Mohawk Valley

Utica, NY -  The second conference match of the season for the Herkimer Bowling teams took place on 1/31 at Pin-O-Rama lanes in Utica and was hosted by Mohawk Valley.

The men finished strong, finishing 2nd in both sets on Friday. There was some strong individual performances including Andrew Celio (Little Falls, NY) with a 269 high game and a 726 series. In set two, we were paced by good scores from Tim Cloonan (Clay, NY) who finished with a 668 series and Zach Niles (Saratoga Springs, NY), who finished with a 679.

On the women’s side, we finished in 3rd in the first set and 4th in the second set. We were paced by big games from Madeline Collier (Vestal, NY) who had high games of 213 and 216. Taylor Listovitch (Ilion, NY) also added a 217 game, which is her highest of the season.

The Generals will be competing in the Boulevard Bowl over the next two days in Schenectady on 2/1 and 2/2.
