Herkimer College Appoints Coordinator of Refresh and Restart Program

Herkimer College has appointed Rosemarie Etienne, of Mohawk, NY, to the position of coordinator of the Refresh and Restart program.  

Etienne has served as an advisement specialist at the College since June 2022. She previously was a WIC nutrition assistant for the Community Action Partnership of Madison County and a habilitation aide for Arc Herkimer.

Etienne holds a bachelor's degree in Anthropology from SUNY Geneseo and a master's degree in Global Health and Development from the University College London.  

The Refresh and Restart program is a grant-funded program designed to recruit previously enrolled students and provide support to ensure degree completion.
