Health and Fitness Classes Offered in February at Herkimer College

Herkimer County Community College is offering the following non-credit health and fitness classes.

Burn & Firm is an easy to follow kickboxing and step aerobics interval workout. Section B is five sessions on Monday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning March 3. The fee is $30.

Total Body Sculpt is a basic strength training class focusing on the core, upper and lower body. Section B is six sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning February 26 The fee is $36.

Yoga for All Section B is six sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning February 25.

Gentle Yoga Section B is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 6pm beginning February 27.

Yoga Strong Section B is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning February 27. The fee is $54 per section.

Pilates Section C is six sessions on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning February 25. The fee is $39. Section B is six sessions on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning February 27. The fee is $39.

Aqua Aerobics is a natural water resistance training for all ages. Section C is 6 sessions on Saturday mornings from 9:00am to 10:00am beginning March 1. The fee is $69. Section B is 5 sessions on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. beginning March 5. The fee is $59.
