NJCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Tournament Seeds Announced

The Herkimer College Men’s Basketball team qualified for the No. 3 seed in the NJCAA Division III National Tournament to be held at Herkimer College March 13-16.

The top four seeds receive a first-round bye. The Generals will play the winner of No. 6 seed Minnesota North - Rainy River and No. 11 seed Joliet on Thursday, March 14 at 6:00 pm.

6. Minnesota North-Rainy River, International Falls, MN
7. Prince George’s, Largo, MD
8. Fulton-Montgomery, Johnstown, NY
9. Sandhills, Pinehurst, NC
10. Riverland, Austin, MN
11. Joliet, Joliet, IL
12. Hostos, Bronx, NY

The first game of the tournament will be Wednesday, March 13 at noon between No. 8 seed Fulton-Montgomery and No. 9 seed Sandhills. Updated game times and matchups can be found on the NJCAA website here. Tickets will be $5 per day, cash only, at the Herkimer College Gymnasium. The tournament will be streamed on NJCAA Network. The streaming rate is $12 per day or $35 for a tournament pass.
