Tompkins-Cortland beats Herkimer at home 67-47

Herkimer, N.Y. 

Freshman guard Nylasia Sutton (Troy, NY) scored 23 points in the loss to Tompkins-Cortland.  Sutton would be the only scorer in double digits for Herkimer.  Herkimer's offense was tamed by a very strong and physical Tompkins-Cortland defense.  The Generals faced match up issues in the paint which forced them to keep their shots outside.  Fatima Price (Dolgeville, NY) and Shayla McCombs (Queens, NY) grabbed 10 rebounds a piece for Herkimer in the losing effort. 

Herkimer will be on the road 11/18 against Corning CC for their next match up at 1 pm.
