# 7 North Country takes home win against Herkimer

Saranac Lake, NY - After a one week break, the Herkimer Generals women's basketball team traveled to Saranac Lake and dropped a 79-52 decision to North Country Community College on Wednesday night. The conference loss to the Saints, who are the seventh ranked team in the NJCAA Division III Women's Basketball Poll, dropped the Generals record to 3-10 overall and 1-2 in the Mountain Valley Conference. 

Lexi Debeatham (Albany, NY) led the Generals attack with 18 points while Myjoi Adams (Pomona, CA) pitched with 11 in the defeat.

Next up for the Generals is another Mountain Valley Conference road game in Troy, NY on Saturday January 26th as they will take on the Hudson Valley Community College Vikings. Tip time is scheduled for 3:00 PM.
