Herkimer College to delay resuming classes until March 30th (except for those already online)

All classes using alternate methods of delivery will now resume on Monday, March 30th. This delay from its original March 23rd date is to give faculty additional time for planning and training as the College moves courses to alternative modes of delivery, according to the Provost’s Office. The need for social distancing and distance learning is to help curb the global spread of the Coronavirus.

Classes currently online (Sections V and SO) will continue as scheduled, immediate following spring break, on Monday, March 23rd.

Students can expect to hear more details from their faculty members on their courses by Monday, March 23rd. We understand students will have to adapt to new forms of learning, and our faculty will make sure to cooperate with them to help meet their goals.
