The 44th Herkimer County Arts & Crafts Fair has been cancelled

Alumni Hall Arts and Crafts Fair 2019

The 44th Annual Herkimer County Arts & Crafts Fair has been cancelled, the Herkimer County College Foundation (HCCF) announced.

The fair was scheduled for November 14 and November 15 at Herkimer County Community College, but has been called off due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This long-established fine arts and crafts fair, presented by the HCCF and sponsored by AmeriCU Credit Union, is one of the largest and well-respected in the region. The juried show normally features more than 120 top artisans showcasing their works including pottery, gourmet foods, wood working, textiles, weaving, jewelry and more.

“While the College has implemented a series of measures to ensure the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff, and community, it is with an abundance of caution that the decision has been made to cancel fall event programming, including the 44th Herkimer County Arts & Crafts Fair,” said Jan Fuhrer, development program specialist for the HCCF.

Vendors will have their booth fees refunded, or can opt to have them rollover for the 2021 fair.
