Herkimer Bowling finishes successful season at Region III Championships

Ilion, NY - The Herkimer Generals Men's and Women's Bowling Teams wrapped up a successful 2021 season with an outstanding performance at the Region III Championships. The Herkimer Women finished in 2nd place in the Region while the Men took home 4th place.

In addition, the Generals had 3 bowlers named to the 2021 All-Region Team. Sophomore David Cook (Little Falls, NY) finished 2nd in Singles and 5th in the All Events while Zach Niles (Clifton Park, NY) finished 7th in Singles and 6th in All Events to secure their spots on the All Region Team. Cook also paired up with Tim Cloonan (Clay, NY) to finished 5th in the doubles events.

Alexis Garrison (Clifton Park, NY) earned her All Region spot by finishing 5th in Singles and 3rd in the All Events. Garrison joined Taylor Listovitch (Ilion, NY) to finish third in the Region in the doubles competition. In addition, the doubles team of Madison Ihnat (Boca Raton, Florida) and Melissa Daigneault (North Greenbush, NY) finished 5th in the Region.
