Herkimer College Appoints Dean of Enrollment Management

Jessicca Fiore, of Whitesboro, has been promoted to the position of dean of enrollment management at Herkimer College. In this role, Fiore will provide leadership in the areas of admissions, financial aid, registration, records, while supporting student success and institutional growth.

Fiore joined Herkimer College in 2020 as a senior academic advisor and was appointed registrar in 2022. She has also taught Spanish and First Year Seminar as an adjunct instructor.

Fiore came to Herkimer from Montclair State University, where she served in several positions, including program associate in the Academic Success Center, undergraduate admissions counselor, communications assistant, and orientation leader.

Fiore is an active member of the State University of New York Registrar’s Association (SUNYRA), currently serving as vice president for information services.

Fiore earned a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration, Higher Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, Public Relations from Montclair State University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education at Penn State University.
