Tiffany A. Niles Appointed to Assistant Director of Human Resources

Herkimer County Community College announced that Tiffany A. Niles, of Whitesboro, has been appointed assistant director of human resources.

Niles brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources leadership, including expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and organizational development. She most recently served as a human resources manager at Bonide Products LLC, where she led initiatives in talent management, compensation and benefits, and policy development.

Niles has also held human resources leadership positions with Tidal Basin Holdco LLC, Masonic Care Community of New York and PAR Technology, and earlier positions with Chobani and Turning Stone Resort Casino.

Niles holds a Master of Business Administration in technology management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from The College of Saint Rose. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She currently serves as president of the Mohawk Valley Society of Human Resource Management.
