Criminal Justice/Cybersecurity Faculty Member Appointed
Herkimer, NY—April Harris of Thomaston, CT has been appointed as an assistant professor of Criminal Justice/Cybersecurity at HCCC, effective August 13, 2014.
Harris was previously employed by Utica College, where she was an adjunct faculty member in the Cybersecurity master’s program and first chair and advisor for master’s candidates’ capstone projects.
She received a B.A. from Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, CT, M.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven, West Haven, CT and an M.S. from Utica College with a major in Cybersecurity.
HCCC offers several associate degree programs in the field of criminal justice including Criminal Justice (A.S. and A.A.S.), Crime and Intelligence Analysis, Cybersecurity and Forensic Investigations.
