Herkimer Women's Lacrosse loses at Mohawk Valley

Utica, NY - The Herkimer Generals fell to the Mohawk Valley Hawks for the second time in eight days by a score of 17-6 on Thursday night at Proctor High School in Utica, NY. With the loss, the Generals fall to 0-2 on the season.

Sophomore Whitney Brown (Queens, NY) led the Generals attack with three goals on the night. Alexis Barretta (Dolgeville, NY), Ariel Montes (New Rochelle, NY) and Courtney Canavan (Syracuse, NY) each scored one goal to complete Herkimer's scoring.

The Generals return to the Carrier Dome on Saturday afternoon as they take on the defending National Champions from Onondaga Community College at 1:00 PM.
