Herkimer College Welcomes Students for the Fall 2025 Semester
Herkimer College has begun the Fall 2025 semester with strong enrollment growth and an energized campus community. Students moved into College housing on Saturday, August 30, with classes officially beginning on Tuesday, September 2.

Herkimer College Appoints Director of Continuing EducationHerkimer College announces the promotion of Daniel Sargent of Holland Patent, NY to the position of director of continuing education. Sargent will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Office of Continuing Education including the supervision and development of non-credit programming including community interest, fitness center and professional/workforce development; budget development and management for the Community Education Office, One Stop outreach and the Cogar Gallery; grant writing and managing the usage of campus facilities and related services.

Herkimer College to Host Annual Career FairHerkimer College will host its Annual Career Fair on Thursday, March 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Robert McLaughlin College Center. This event brings together more than 60 local and regional businesses recruiting full-time, part-time, internship and seasonal positions to meet with students, alumni and community members to discuss career opportunities. Participants are encouraged to wear business attire and bring resumes.

Summer Course Registration is Open 2015Herkimer College is now accepting registrations for summer session. More than 100 classes will be offered in a variety of subject areas including business, criminal justice, education, health, humanities, mathematics, medical transcriptionist, physical therapy, science and social science.
