Herkimer College Welcomes Students for the Fall 2025 Semester
Herkimer College has begun the Fall 2025 semester with strong enrollment growth and an energized campus community. Students moved into College housing on Saturday, August 30, with classes officially beginning on Tuesday, September 2.

Herkimer College Announces Science Fair WinnersHerkimer College hosted its Jr./Sr. High School Science Fair, sponsored by ICON, on Saturday, February 7 in the Gaynor Science Center. Students in Herkimer County junior and senior high schools and Herkimer County home schooled students were invited to participate. Thirty four students entered from Hight Christian Academy, Little Falls Middle School, Mohawk Valley Christian Academy, Mount Markham, Pathways Academy and West Canada Valley Central School. A total of $1,000 in cash prizes were awarded. Projects were judged by ICON scientists and Herkimer College faculty.

Herkimer College Offers President’s Day Information SessionHerkimer College will hold a President’s Day Information Session for prospective students on Monday, February 16 from 9 a.m. to noon in the McLaughlin College Center. Representatives from the Admissions office will be available to explain and assist with the application process. Campus tours will be offered at 10 and 11 am.
