“Shadows of Our Silence” is our campaign to give voice to those who have experienced domestic violence and to remind survivors that their stories matter.

We invite you to look beyond the question of “Why do they stay?” and consider the very real barriers that can make leaving an abusive relationship feel impossible.

At each display, you’ll find one or two blank silhouettes, each representing a story waiting to be heard. You can help fill these spaces with your own story or share the voices of those who have been silenced.
