41 best Herlkimer times/scores set at regional/district meet

Rochester, NY – The Generals swam and dived in the Region 3/Northeast District Championships hosted by Monroe CC this past weekend. They set 41 personal-best marks, including three school records.

The women's team finished third in the nine-team field. The men's team swam to an eighth-place finish in a field of 11 teams. Sylvia Ross, Geoffrey Fryer, and Kaitlin Winnie set Herkimer school records.

Ross earned a score of 366.15 in the women's three-meter diving event. She finished first in that event. Her score shattered her old mark by over 45 points.

Fryer swam the men's 400 individual medley in 5:03.93.

Winnie swam the women's 100 freestyle in 1.00.16.
