Herkimer wins 4-1 on the road against Hudson Valley

Troy, NY – The Generals beat Hudson Valley 4-1 on their way to their 13^th win of the season.  Freshman Marvin Tapia (Manassas, Virginia) scored the first goal of the game in the 7^th minute off of a turnover inside the Vikings penalty area.  Sophomore Luke Murphy (Glasgow, Scotland) scored in the 60^th minute on an assist from freshman David Ramjee (Cambridge, England) making it 2-0.  Murphy tallied his second goal of the game in the 64^th minute off an assist from sophomore Jared Brooks (Ithaca, NY). 

Freshman Tyler Dobinson score the final goal for the Generals in the 66^th minute off an assist from Murphy.  The Vikings scored in the 74^th minute on a direct kick from Ryan Euell.  Sophomore goalkeeper Roandre Wollery (Hartford, CT) conceded one goal in 90 minutes of play. 

Herkimer will play at home against Cayuga CC on 9/30 where they will defend their thirteen game winning streak.  The anticipated kickoff will be 3 pm.
