FM gets revenge on Generals with 64-46 win

Johnstown, NY - Four days after Herkimer earned one of its biggest wins of the year over Fulton-Montgomery, the Raiders returned the favor on Friday night with a 64-46 home win over the Generals in Johnstown, NY. The loss drops Herkimer's record to 5-12 on the year and 3-4 in the Mountain Valley Conference.

F-M shot out to an 18-9 lead at the end of the first quarter and was up 36-20 at the halftime break and then cruised home to the 18 point win. Markia Peak (Rochester, NY) led the Generals with 19 points on the evening as she was the only Herkimer player that reached double figures in scoring.

The Generals now look forward to preparing for the final game of the regular season as they will host North Country Community College on Saturday, February 23. Game time will be 3:00 PM
