Former Herkimer Men's Soccer Player signs with Canadian Premier League

Hamilton, Ontario – Former Herkimer star goalkeeper Triston Henry has signed a professional contract with Forge FC of the Canadian Premier League.  The 6-2, 170-pound native of Scarborough, Ontario won back to back national championships with the Generals in 2012 and 2013.  Henry was a two time NSCAA all-American recording 29 shutouts in his two seasons.  He spent one season at the University of Connecticut in 2014 before transferring to NCAA Division I Quinnipiac University appearing in 18 games and registering 65 saves with a 1.27 GAA.

The Canadian Premier League is Canada’s professional men’s soccer league which is set to debut April 27, 2019 at Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton, Ontario.
