12 graduate from Herkimer College Pre-Employment Police Academy

After taking part in the Pre-Employment Police Academy this past year, 12 individuals are on their way to becoming police officers, having wrapped up their final courses in the certificate program this summer.

The 2021 graduating class is:

Herkimer College’s Pre-Employment Police Academy debuted in Fall 2018. In partnership with the Little Falls Police Department, the program covers Phase I of pre-employment basic training and puts graduating students in a position to secure employment in a police department. Coursework covers topics such as criminal investigations, community relations, emergency preparedness, and more.
