AthleticsAlexandra DeBeatham named Herkimer College Female Athlete of the YearHerkimer, NY - Herkimer College Athletic Director Donald Dutcher has announced that Alexandra DeBeatham (Menands, NY) has been named the 2019-2020 Herkimer College Female Athlete of the Year. DeBeatham, a sophomore and the women’s basketball team co-captain, was named First Team All-Conference and Second-Team All-Region. She averaged 14.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per contest. She also led the generals with 42 3-pointers while shooting 40 percent from behind the arc.

The tournament will be played at Carrier Park in Syracuse, New York, for all three years. The tournament was played for the last 15 years in Rochester, Minnesota.
