Dobinson scores three goals in Herkimer’s Region III Opener

Syracuse, NY – Freshman Tyler Dobinson (Exeter, England) recorded a hat trick in the Generals 4-1 win over Onondaga CC in their Region III opener.  Dobinson scored the first two goals of the game in the 12^th minute and the 44^th minute off assists from Luke Murphy (Glasgow, Scotland) and Gianni Cognata (Cape Coral, Florida).  Cognata scored the third goal of the game in the 53^rd minute off an assist from Gus Ward (London, England).  Sophomore Kadeem Joseph (Brooklyn, NY) was taken down inside the penalty area in the 64^th minute.  Dobinson stepped up to take the penalty kick and scored the Generals fourth and final goal of the game.  Sophomore goalkeeper Roandre Wollery (Hartford, Connecticut) recorded 6 saves.  Freshman GK Anton Mullen conceded Onondagas only goal of the game in the 88^th minute.
