# 5 Onondaga defeats Herkimer 78-57

Herkimer, NY - The Onondaga Lazers shot out to an 18-9 first quarter lead and never trailed as they defeated the Herkimer Generals by a score of 78-57 on Saturday afternoon in Herkimer, NY. The loss to the # 5 nationally ranked Lazers drops Herkimer's record to 3-6 on the year.

The Generals put 4 players in double figures, led by Clinique Robinson's (Catskill, NY) 14 points. Center Markia Peak (Rochester, NY) added 12 points while Lexi Debeatham (Albany, NY) and Myjoi Adams (Pomona, CA) chipped in with 11 and 10 points, respectively. 

Herkimer wraps up its first semester schedule with a home date vs Cayuga Community College on Monday night, December 10. This is a rematch of the season opener for both teams, won by Cayuga by a score of 54-51 on November 1 in Auburn, NY. Game time for Monday's game is set for 7:00 PM.
