Men's JV Basketball opens season with thrilling road win

New Rochelle, NY - The Herkimer Men's JV basketball opened the season with a 78 - 75 win at Monroe College in New Rochelle Sunday November 10th.  Keneef Danzy hit the game winning three point shot with two seconds on the clock on a pass from Jerome Henderson. Mecca McCollough had a steal, assist , and key basket late in the game which featured seven lead changes. Josh Wilcox had 7 rebounds and ten points. Tavon Bates had an outstanding second half and finished with 17 points, 2 steals, 5 rebounds.

The J.V. Men host Sullivan Community College on Saturday at noon.
