Herkimer County Community College Launches New Artificial Intelligence – Business A.A.S. Program
Herkimer County Community College is expanding its academic offerings with the launch of a new Artificial Intelligence – Business degree program, designed to prepare students for success in one of today’s fastest-growing and most in-demand fields.

Phi Theta Kappa National ConventionHerkimer College students and their advisor recently participated in Phi Theta Kappa’s annual convention in National Harbor, MD. They joined over 4,000 other members, advisors, alumni, four-year colleges and sponsors for Nerd Nation 2016, a three-day event, to hear from dynamic speakers and be recognized for their hard work. Caz College at Herkimer Students Volunteer at Walk for AutismStudents enrolled in Cazenovia College’s Inclusive Early Childhood and Inclusive Elementary Education programs at Herkimer College volunteered at the Walk for Autism on Saturday, April 9 at SUNY Poly. The students created and offered a sensory area, puzzle piece mural, ball toss, balloon animals and bracelets for attendees. Some students also walked with the more than 800 people who took part in the event. Proceeds from the event will support the Kelberman Center in Utica, NY which offers programs and services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The Cazenovia/Herkimer education program allows students to earn their bachelor’s degree in either Inclusive Early Childhood Education or Inclusive Elementary Education from Cazenovia while on the campus of Herkimer College.
