  Matthew Babula, of Marcy, has been appointed to the position of Director of K through 12 Connections at HCCC. Babula most recently served as an academic advisement specialist for the College where he disseminated vital information pertaining to student standing and progression through academic programs while ensuring student retention and success.

  HCCC to test Emergency Notification and Siren Systems

  HCCC will conduct a test of the emergency notification systems, including the siren system, on Tuesday, October 25 at 10:30 a.m. The siren may be heard throughout the area surrounding the campus. Local residents should not be alarmed by the warning signal on that date, as it is a test only.

  HCCC Appoints Julie Whittaker to Staff Accountant

  Herkimer County Community College has appointed Julie Whittaker ’89, of Herkimer, to the position of staff accountant - payroll. Whittaker brings experience from Hospice & Palliative Care in New Hartford where she worked as a billing coordinator, submitting claims and recording payments and adjustments.
