AthleticsSomow Scores Game winner in Double OTHerkimer, NY – Sophomore Ali Somow (Utica, NY) scored the game winning goal in the 109th minute. The lone goal of the game came off a fifteen-yard pass from Freshman wing back Zain Ibrhim (Manhattan, NY) who served the ball to freshman Shuntaro Morimoto (Kanagawa, Japan) at the top of the penalty area. Morimoto played a one touch pass to Somow who beat his defender and finished side netting of the far post.
