HCCC appoints Research and Assessment SpecialistHerkimer County Community College has appointed Brenda Carney, Little Falls, NY, to the position of research and assessment specialist. Carney will be responsible for developing research methods, gathering and inputting data, analyzing results, and compiling and disseminating outcomes in graphic and narrative reports and presentations. She will engage in accreditation projects and maintain institutional research and institutional effectiveness records, including essential data reports.
