Cogar Gallery Extends Hours to Include WeekendsHerkimer County Community College’s Cogar Gallery has extended its hours of operation to include Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through the fall season. The Gallery is also open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., when the College is open.
