Sheriff's Association Scholarship Presented to Herkimer College GraduateJenna Jagodzinski of Rochester, NY was awarded the New York State Sheriffs’ Association Institute’s 2015 Criminal Justice Scholarship. Jagodzinski is a 2015 graduate of the Criminal Justice: Forensic Investigations program at Herkimer College and is currently working on a bachelor's degree in Fire Science/Arson at the University of New Haven (UNH). She is pursuing a career as an arson investigator. According to Associate Professor William Stack, Jagodzinski was an honors student at Herkimer College and is the second graduate of Herkimer’s Forensic Investigations program to attend UNH, one of the best forensics programs on the east coast. Herkimer College to Offer Veterans Day Information SessionHerkimer College will hold a Veterans Day Information Session for prospective students on Wednesday, November 11 from 9 a.m. to noon in the McLaughlin College Center. Representatives from the Admissions office will be available to explain and assist with the application process. Campus tours will be offered.

“HCTV News” returns with new features for viewersThe award-winning student produced “HCTV News” is now back live for the fall semester at Herkimer College. HCTV News will run live every Thursday at 1:00pm during the semester, with an encore presentation Fridays at 5:00pm. Newscasts will also be archived on the Communication Arts YouTube channel.
