Congressional High School Art Exhibit WinnersHerkimer College hosted the 32nd Congressional High School Art Exhibit and reception on Saturday, March 28. More than 45 students from area high schools submitted artwork including paintings, photography, pencil and ink drawings and pastels.

Used Book SaleHerkimer College’s Library will hold a used book sale to celebrate National Library Week Sunday, April 12 through Friday, April 17. Used books and VHS tapes will be available for 25 cents each or five for $1. A complete 2012 World Book Encyclopedia set will be available for $5. Cash only will be accepted. The sale is open to the public, and will be held during regular library hours: Sunday 4 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
