Former General Named to Soccer Hall of FameFormer Herkimer General, Damion Bennett, was inducted into the Men’s Soccer Hall of Fame during the November 2013 Men’s National Championship Banquet held at the Radisson Hotel in Utica, NY. Bennett is a 2001 Business: Sports & Recreation Management graduate from Savannah, Georgia.

Transfer Agreement with Sage College of AlbanyHerkimer County Community College recently entered into a new transfer agreement with the Sage College of Albany for graduates in Herkimer’s Criminal Justice A.S. program. Students successfully completing the Herkimer Program will be accepted into the Bachelor of Science degree in Law and Society.

Generals Theater Group Presents “Dog Sees God”Herkimer County Community College’s Generals Theater Group will present Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead. This play reimagines characters from the popular comic strip Peanuts as teenagers and promotes awareness of several serious issues such as drug use, suicide, eating disorders, teen violence, rebellion, sexual relations and identity.
