Herkimer College to Host Cazenovia College Bachelor’s Degree in Education Information SessionsHerkimer College will host two on-campus information sessions on Tuesday, Aug. 11, at 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. in room CA-210 for anyone interested in courses leading to a bachelor of science degree in Inclusive Early Childhood Education or Inclusive Elementary Education from Cazenovia College.

Herkimer College to Offer Instant Days in AugustHerkimer College will offer three Instant Admit days in the month of August for students interested in enrolling for the fall 2015 semester. Students interested in enrolling will be able to visit, apply and get admitted to the College on the same day. Instant Admit days will be held on Monday August 3, 10 & 17 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Herkimer Generals Repeat as NATYCAA Cup WinnersFor the second consecutive year, the Herkimer Generals athletic program has won the 2014-2015 National Alliance of Two Year College Athletic Administrators (NATYCAA) Cup, keeping Herkimer ranked first in the nation among NJCAA non-scholarship programs. Herkimer also finished third in the standings for the 2014-2015 Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup which recognizes the top overall two-year colleges in all divisions combined. Both programs recognize excellence in two-year colleges, based on athletic success in championship competition.

Programs Open at Herkimer College for Young Leaders and ScientistsHerkimer College will host youth programs for children interested in science, leadership and discovery. Programs will include Adventure Camp, Robotics Mini-Camp and Weather Watchers. The programs give campers opportunities to hone and gain personal experience in their passions.
